Terms & Conditions
Musical Wings Classes are committed to the safety of all persons who attend sessions and to deliver the highest standard of service.
Participating in a Musical Wings Class is entirely at your own risk without any proven negligence, breach of duty of care or lack of due diligence by Musical Wings.
Payment/Refund Policy
Payment must be made before block commences, or if paying cash, on the first day of the block.
Once classes are booked – no refunds will be offered. Please do not book a class, select cash and then do not turn up, as this is limiting a space for someone else.
If you cannot attend a class, no refund will be offered and classes cannot be transferred over to a later date. Another class time (in the same week) may be offered if there is a space available- contact Colleen in advance.
Sickness policy
Please do not attend a session, if you or your child has a high temperature or have had vomitting/diarrohea in the previous 24hours. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for a lesson missed due to illness. You may offer your place to a friend, who also has a little one. You would need to inform Colleen in this instance.
Holidays policy
Regrettably Musical Wings cannot offer discounts or refunds to cover your booked holidays/days away. You may offer your place to a friend who also has a baby/toddler if you know you are unable to attend. You would need to inform Colleen in advance, in this instance.
Supervision
Children must be supervised at all times and not left unattended. The Class Leader cannot be responsible for a child at any time. Should a carer or associated visitor behave in a way that the Class Leader feels is unreasonable, then Musical Wings reserves the rights to withdraw the provision of classes to the client.
Baby Musical Wings
Regrettably as baby classes are designed for babies from the age of 3 months to 13 months only, older siblings cannot attend, unless agreed. If they are attending, they must be able to sit independently on the side (with an approproiate activity to engage them in, while class is being delivered). This is entirely due to health and safety for all the babies involved.
Videos/ Photographs
Taking photos or videos of your children during the class is welcome, provided it doesn't interfere with the class. In addition please always be sensitive of taking pictures of others without their permission.
In addition if the Class Leader feels that the amount of video is excessive, not just short clips, then you may be asked to stop.
Please remember that Musical Wings is not a franchise, and lessons are exclusively constructed and created by Colleen and so content of the class is under copyright. It is not to be incorporated into another public activity without permission, passed on to other persons for copying into their own similar business.
